Every item is brand new and of Thailand origin. Every piece of handmade product is unique, therefore it does not have exactly the same color, pattern, weight and equal dimension. Small differences are possible but the artisan is make sure that every piece is equally beautiful and essentially the same.

Our products are shipped directly from Thailand to your country. We do not include import duty in our selling price, please check if any.

Shipping:

We ship via Thailand Post (International Small Packet Service) which is economical and save your shipping cost. This shipping method does not provide you on-line tracking number.
Shipping charge is weight dependable and we combine shipping for most items. We do not charge handling fees. Customers pay for postage, packing materials, and nothing more.
We usually ship within 5-7 business days after payment received. You are supposed to receive your order within 7-14 days after the date of our delivery. We do not ship to P.O. box. We ship to confirmed addresses only.
